Hollybrook Homes Apartments is a garden style 182-unit property located in Jacksonville, Florida. Originally built in 1971, the property has 182 units and consists of 20 one-bedroom units, 60 two-bedroom units, 30 three-bedroom units and 72 four-bedroom units. The project is currently undergoing renovations and is over 90% occupied under a Project Based Section-8 HUD HAP Contract.

Omni Affordable Florida, an affiliate of SBV, acquired Hollybrook Homes in October of 2023 and started renovations as of December 2024. Financing consists of $27 million of tax-exempt bonds issued by Duval County/FHFC as well as $16 million in 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit ("LIHTC") equity.
