Hollybrook Homes Apartments is a garden style 182-unit property located in Jacksonville, Florida. Originally built in 1971, the property has 182 units and consists of 20 one-bedroom units, 60 two-bedroom units, 30 three-bedroom units and 72 four-bedroom units. The project is currently over 90% occupied under a Project Based Section-8 HUD HAP Contract.

Omni Affordable Florida, an affiliate of SBV, acquired Hollybrook Homes in October of 2023 and anticipates starting the rehabilitation of the project in Q4, 2024. Financing is anticipated to consist of approximately $25 million of tax-exempt bonds issued by Duval County/FHFC as well as approximately $18 million in 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit ("LIHTC") equity.
